Currently working within a managed service provider environment, supporting users across Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. Day-to-day work includes troubleshooting, account administration, ticket triage, and supporting technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time building homelab projects and expanding my knowledge in infrastructure, networking, and system administration. I use Proxmox to experiment with Windows Server, virtualisation, Active Directory, and networking while continuing to work toward Microsoft certifications and long-term goals in systems and network engineering.
